Eastside Baptist Church is a healthy environment for discipleship and ministry. Our mission is to equip and encourage a new generation of fully devoted followers of Christ to advance the kingdom of God. Eastside internships will be a discipleship intensive and a leadership pipeline for those interested in learning, serving, and developing their understanding of leading in ministry. 

An internship will require around 5 hours a week. (2 hours of serving, 2 hours of training, and 1 hour of study.) Summer internships and Fall and Spring internships are non-paid discipleship opportunities. 

Our staff will make themselves available to pour into our interns and develop growth tracks that are ministry specific. We are thrilled to consider the impact our interns will make in our local church and beyond. We also count it a privilege to steward this opportunity to invest in them.
